This is Gene Simmons, A huge male veiled chameleon. I purchased him as a hatchling in '04 at a Denver reptile show from scales-n-tails. Over the years Gene has proved to be an extremely social chameleon. That and his amazing appearance have made him famous to many students and reptile lovers. In the fall of '07 we bred him to a high-yellow female who laid 33 fertile eggs. Bred again 2/5/09 to J.J., a high blue female who layed over 200 eggs. Their "blue" babies are hatching now!
